Assessments, Supplemental Assessments, and
Evaluations
The Assessment Object is a key
object. It replaces the use of paper to do 48
different assessments and supplemental
assessments. Based on the answers to the primary
assessments, the need for supplemental
assessments is automatically triggered and the
completion of such assessments is then tracked.
The Assessments and Evaluations tool will accept preliminary
information from
Health Risk Surveys, or can
function without Health Risk Surveys; thus, serving as
the starting point for health analysis
questions.
