Task
Assignment ICMS
allows users to assign tasks to Members, to
yourself, or to other ICMS users. You have the
ability to assign Start and Due dates for these
tasks, which allows ICMS to have workflow
features. For example, you may want to assign a
Mailer for a Member to go out a week from today
and assign that task to a Mailroom/Support user.
You may also want to schedule a follow-up task
for yourself a month from today, to see if the
Member has received the mailer and perhaps to
perform a Re-Assessment with the Member. Once
several tasks have been assigned to ICMS users,
you are able to view these tasks in a
consolidated fashion using the task search
screen.
