Mr. Torres has over 20 years experience in administrative management. He was responsible for the administration of Finance offices in locations throughout the world for the Department of Defense. Mr. Torres' span of experience includes the design, development, testing and implementation of financial services systems now used for disbursing and accounting functions in over 100 installations.

He has an extensive and successful record of managing all aspects of operations for large organizations with multi-million dollar operating budgets. Mr. Torres has his BS degree in Finance.
